CURRENT NOTICES

PONY RULE CHANGES REGARDING BAT RESTRICTIONS

1. All -3 bats must be BBCOR and the barrel cannot be more than 2 5/8 (all 2 3/4 bats are prohibited in PONY sanctioned leagues).
2. Effective January 1, 2012, all newly manufactured non-wood bats must be stamped "approved for play in PONY Baseball" and stamped with "BPF 1.15" and the year manufactured.

It is important to note that older bats (-12,-10, -7, -5, etc.) are still legal so long as it doesn't exceed the 2 5/8

The bats can be composite and still be legal. Just the new bats purchased must have the above and all -3 bats have to be BBCOR.
