COBA REFUND POLICY

The following is the official league policy regarding the refunding of the registration fee. All other funds collected from fundraisers, sponsorships, donations, etc. are not refundable.

To receive a refund, the parent/guardian of a player must submit a formal request via the COBA Registration Refund Request tool or via email to the league Registration Coordinator requesting a refund.  Please include the following information:

  • Parent's Name
  • Players Name
  • Division
  • Season
  • Reason for refund

No refund will be processed without a formal request

All refunds will be processed once registration for the current season closes. Refunds will be issued through SportEngine. The amount of the refund will be processed as follows:

  1. A full refund will be issued to a player not rostered into a team during the team selection process.
  2. Prior to the team selection process, the registration fee, less $10 will be refunded.
  3. There will be no refund of the registration fee once teams have been rostered.

*A refund will not be provided to a player opting to withdraw from league due to not being selected into their preferred team
